Your marketing shouldn't come in pieces. It should come with one person who makes all the pieces work together.

Web design, local SEO, and community-powered storytelling for East Texas businesses.

I'm Jessica Boggio, the strategist behind Sage Media. I figure out what your business actually needs to get found and get calls, then build and run it as one connected system. That might be your website, your Google Business Profile, local content, or your search and AI visibility. It can also include the physical side: print materials, yard signs, and coordinating your vendors. The specific pieces change from one business to the next. The goal never does: more calls from the customers you actually want.

The Problem I Solve

Marketing usually comes in pieces. A website here, some social posts there, a Google listing nobody's touched in a year. Because the pieces don't talk to each other, they don't add up to much.

What I do is turn them into one working system. I look at your whole presence—online and off—find what's costing you calls, and get every piece working off the same plan. That covers everything from whether AI tools surface you in a local search to whether your sign gets noticed from the road. One person keeping all of it pointed in the same direction.

Our mission is to help East Texas small businesses get seen — through simple marketing, strong local SEO, and storytelling that captures who they really are. We exist to raise up local voices, spotlight real people, and build a media platform that supports the heart of our communities. When local businesses thrive, East Texas does too.

How I Work

Not every business needs the same things. Some need a clean website and a properly optimized Google Business Profile. Others need updated yard signs, print materials, and someone to handle their vendors. A big part of the job is figuring out which pieces actually move the needle for your bottom line. Not every piece belongs in every puzzle.

I take on a limited number of businesses at a time, on purpose. Marketing direction only works when one person actually knows your market, your customers, and your goals, and pays attention month after month—not just at kickoff.

I also work with only one business per trade in a given area. When you're my client, I am not building the identical strategy for your competitor across town. You get my full attention in your market, not a divided version split with the people you're trying to beat.

Proof in the Work

Sage Media has one mission: to support local businesses and strengthen the local economy. That is the mission, and you are looking at it running:

  • ETX Discovered: A directory of more than 200 East Texas businesses that helps local customers find a provider and call in one tap, so a small business gets found close to home.

  • ETX Uncovered: Feature stories with 20 and counting articles that put a local business's real story in front of the community, building genuine trust and human connection that search engines alone can't touch.

  • ETX Discovered Newsletter: Powered by Sage Media, it keeps local businesses visible and in front of the community every month.

  • Sage Media Client Work: Runs in the background the whole time, creating clean sites and optimized profiles so a business shows up right and the phone rings. (For example, one client went from 5 calls a month to more than 23 after I rebuilt how they show up online—that's over 4x the calls in only a few months of working with us.)

This is the exact standard of work I bring to client projects, already tested and up and running in our own backyard.
