Above & Beyond Holistic Care is a faith-rooted integrative clinic in Gilmer, founded by Dr. Sandra Kirkpatrick — a retired critical care nurse and BSN graduate of UT Tyler who returned to school to earn her doctorate in integrative medicine. Her clinic offers biofeedback, ear seeding, laser therapy, nutritional counseling, essential oils, Boiron holistic medicines, and herbal support, with a mission to help people heal in mind, body, and spirit.

Open Monday through Thursday and the first Saturday of each month.
